CCTD works with Senior and Middle level officials from Governments, overseas development agencies, donor & bilateral agencies, multilateral agencies, development institutions, the private sector, development banks, consultants and NGOs.
To respond to the diverse nature of our clients, our entry prerequisites for participation in any of our scheduled courses are based on open access policy. It is however expected that participants will be mid-career and senior level professionals with at least one year of relevant experience in their job schedules.

  • Attendance is regarded by CCTD as an obligation as well as a privilege, and all participants are expected to attend regularly and punctually all training sessions in which they are enrolled. Failure to do so may jeopardize a participant’s chances of being awarded a certificate of attendance at the end of the training programme.
    The institution shall keep a permanent attendance record for every programme. Management inspects these records regularly. However, if a participant has prior knowledge that he/she will miss certain Training session, justification should be submitted to Management in advance.
  • There are no examinations or examination fees for our skills and Professional Development Programmes. We do not conduct tests or examinations for any of our training programmes.
  • All delegates who have successfully and fully participated in their chosen programme and having been endorsed by their programme director will be issued a certificate reflecting details of the programme attended under the official seal of CCTD.
  • CCTD will issue a certification of attestation and duly signed by two board of directors as a testament that the participant has fully satisfied the requirements of the programme attended. The certificate will be issued under the usual seal of the institute certification powers and mandate.
  • The following international development, multilateral and bilateral institutions have supported several capacity building initiatives as part of their projects, especially in third world countries.
